…That seems to be the average interval for my blog posts nowadays. So you could maybe call this one my annual blog post for 2009. Maybe I should even celebrate?!
The past year has really gone quickly, didn’t really even notice. My little baby boy is not so little anymore, and definetely not a baby. Haven’t had any problems with free time lately. For those of you who are considering setting up a business of their own, I would suggest that don’t have a child at the same time, especially if you are involved in any other ‘extracurricular activities’… I don’t want to make this sound like don’t have a baby, vice versa. Having a child makes you (or at least me) really reconsider your priorities, in a “jump out of the rat race and move to the country and start growing your own potatoes” kind of way…
I am trying to reactivate the camera hobby also. I even joined one local camera club. I’ll hope that I am able to show some results soon. They say that the only way to learn to take good photos it to take the crappy ones first. I am sort of now getting this, as I am starting to realize why the bad ones are so bad and what I did wrong wth them. Maybe some day I’ll be able to take photos that I can show to others also. And no, I am not using the automatic settings…
Munich is nice, at least during the Oktoberfest. The festival itself was awesome and huge. And the beer was good, I mean really good. Local food such as swine knees and schnitzels were good too but after 4 days on that diet I kind of needed some salad… We managed to visit the Alps also. Scenery was amazing. I haven’t been to Central Europe that much, but I have to say that it is a good place for a family holiday, in case you have a car and are going outside the local holiday period when the roads are way too full and you end up sitting in a traffic jam wherever you go.
So, let’s see if this really was my annual blog post or if I’m able to activate myself on this area also. I should probably try to integrate this blog and my FB account somehow so that it would seem that there’s more activity than there really is…
