Way to go. I lost my newish Samsung Galaxy S smartphone in Bulgaria… Forgot it in the hotel room, I think. OK, not a problem. Simple phone call to the hotel reception should solve the problem, right? Well… for first thing, I wasn’t able to find the hotel phone number anywhere in the Internet. All the phone numbers that I did find were only to some booking hotlines, not to the hotel. So I had to hunt down our Bulgarian trip organizer who then promised to check with the hotel if they can re-locate my phone. Well, of course it was not found in the hotel room anymore… Well, it only had my company e-mails, travel pics, etc etc… Note to self: next time remember to activate the remote locating and reseting functionality BEFORE you lose the phone!
